WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND COUNSELING?

Coaching focuses on achieving goals, working on self (in whatever area(s) you are seeking support for), learning strategies and skills without diagnosing or treating mental health issues. Counseling helps individuals heal from past traumas and mental health challenges, diagnosing and treating psychological conditions.

I am a licensed therapist and can help you figure out what service would best fit your presenting concern. I also have been trained to do a specific program fitted to each person's needs and provide mental health services to the best of my knowledge. I specialize in working with athletes and teens, but am not limited to seeing others who fit criteria for coaching.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON AND/OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS?

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?

Sessions will last 45-60 minutes. Time can be added to the session as needed.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

I accept cash, check, and Venmo payment. Payment is required at or before session. If failure to provide payment, session will be canceled and/or rescheduled.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I do not take insurance at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I require at least a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel the day of, or no call no show, a fee will be added and future sessions will not be optional until payment for late cancel, without a reschedule the week of session, or no show is received. I ask that my time and schedule is respected as I will respect yours!
